antiX-M7.2.iso final now available
antiX-M7.2 goes final!
At the moment, you can get it from these sites, either as antiX-M7.2 (full), antiX-M7.2-base or as an xdelta patch if you have preview2. http://tomlinux.ca/testing/ (to download user=antiXtester and password=fluxbox) http://www.mepisimo.com/antix/ http://downloads.tuxfamily.org/antix/released/ Many thanks to topcat and carlops for hosting the files. (The Mepis mirrors should also have the iso's asap) antiX-M7.2.iso is about 360MB antiX-M7.2-base.iso is about 186MB antiX-M7.2-preview2-final.xdelta patch is about 105MB This version is codenamed: VETËVENDOSJE! and has more community input than previous antiX releases. Well, it took me over 3 hours to DL the ISO from tuxfamily.org . . . and the md5sums don't match.
If anyone else has got a good ISO and wants to start a torrent at Linuxtracker, please do so and post here when it's up. I will try again from one of the other servers. It probably won't happen for 10 hours or so, as I'm going to bed soon. BTW, starting a new torrent has changed since LinuxTracker is on a new server. For a tute on how to, see this page: Starting a new torrent in Deluge for LinuxTracker There is a how-to for utorrent here: How to Create a torrent file The point is: the last step has changed, so check it out.
